This role will be working from the offices in Port Melbourne Monday to Friday full time (working remotely not an available option)

Experience:

2 years' experience in an inbound call centre environment handling customer enquiries and liaising with different business units. (Telco, Freight and other industries accepted) Creating service tickets and scheduling.

About the role:

  • You will provide the highest level of customer support by answering inbound calls, emails and electronic data.
  • You will log any new customer enquiry and ensure the customer needs are entered in the data base by adhering strictly to the data policy.
  • You will generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
  • You will record feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
  • You will identify and escalate priority issues.
  • You will review general service and dispatch email boxes throughout the day and respond with a sense of urgency.
  • You will require use of SAP in future and training is to be provided.
