About the company:

A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-respected brand in the Brisbane market. You will be joining a busy and growing contact centre team in providing the highest level of customer service to their customers.

About the role:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, email, face to face and digital medium.
  • Meeting the needs and motivations of the customer, and providing a tailored level of advice to achieve high level customer service outcomes.
  • Modify and adapt communication style as required to best suit the needs of the customer.
  • Identify and communicate possible improvements to service position.
  • Any other administration duties as required

About you:

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience - ideally within a high-volume call centre
  • You will have experience in dealing with customers face to face
  • You will have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have great written and oral communication skills
  • You will have intermediate to advanced PC skills
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time accordingly
  • Having a degree would be highly preferred
