The company is an Insurance start-up focusing on Home Insurance. This position will include you as part of their Customer service and inbound calls team. The office has a casual but hard-working atmosphere.

Duties:

  • Receive inbound customer service calls
  • Sign inbound callers up for policies - no cold sales
  • General office administration
  • Responding to general insurance related queries by phone and email
  • Providing all clients and prospective clients with correct and relevant information

About you:

  • You should have experience working in Insurance
  • Home or Strata Insurance experience is highly advantageous
  • You should have a drivers license and a reliable car
  • You should have great customer service skills
  • General knowledge about the Insurance industry is essential
