On behalf of our client based in the fortitude Valley, we are currently seeing a fulltime Business Services Support Administrator for 6 month contact with the view for a further 6 month extension.

As the Business Services Support Administrator your purpose is to provide a high-quality service to customers by performing a range of business support functions within the companies amin recourse team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls received via the company Call Centre;
  • Processing incoming enquiries via company contact centre email inboxes;
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries;
  • Processing Conference Centre meeting bookings; catering requests and arranging Conference Centre meeting room set ups;
  • Support tasks including document administration and database support; and
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Qualifications required:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Previous experience working in a mailroom is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, reliably and flexibly in a changing work environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of financial software programs is preferred
