Customer Service Administration

We at Chandler Macleod are currently seeking organised and dedicated candidates to work with us. We are seeking experienced and committed Customer Service Administrators to provide high quality customer service to our clients.

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for:

  • Assisting the Directors and Senior Customer Services Administrators and following their direction
  • Attending to client work requests
  • Assisting in organising the timely completion of work requests
  • Ensuring work is completed as requested by Directors and Senior Customer Services Administrator and the Client
  • Following up subcontractors accordingly to ensure work is on track and completed
  • Ensuring all procedures in relation to documentation are implemented, completed and uploaded accordingly on the company software and that of clients as required
  • Assisting in answering inbound calls
  • Required to make follow up phones calls to clients and subcontractors
  • Performing administrative duties for the management team upon request
