Customer Service Officer- Client Account

  • Position - Full Time
  • Greystanes Location, NSW

    Our Client is based in Greystanes and are a supplier major retailers nationally. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person for our customer service role.

    This role will include the following:-
  • Customer Order Liaison
  • Data Entry
  • Dispatch Order acknowledgement and follow - up.
  • Phone enquiries - orders/deliveries.
  • Consistent contact with customers to promote service and back up.
  • General Office duties

    We are seeking a stable, responsible service driven candidate that is competent and has the ability to work autonomously.
