Currently seeking an experienced and energetic Customer Liaison Officer to join a leading Not-For-Profit Organisation located in St Leonards. My clients purpose is to improve access to quality healthcare for people in remote, rural, and regional New South Wales by building the NSW rural primary health workforce, working with communities on locally driven solutions and advancing the capacity and capability of the rural primary healthcare sector.

In this position you will:

  • Act as the concierge for visiting external stakeholders, greeting them, and taking care of all their needs whilst visiting the office, including IT assistance where required.
  • Liaise with building management to promptly resolve any upkeep/maintenance and/or general day to day issues that may arise.
  • Provides a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, shared spaces and broader office are kept immaculately clean and tidy with minimal clutter.
  • Provide back up support in answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to editing and proofing of documents, minute taking, processing purchase orders, booking travel and accommodation.
  • Purchase stationery and kitchen supplies as required.
  • Outbound Calls to members to make sure we are meeting their needs and handovers requests to the appropriate person if required.
  • Coordinate internal events for the office, including liaising with clients, catering, run sheets and branding.

In order to be successful for the role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar position providing high-level concierge, customer service and administrative support to a diverse team.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in working to competitive revenue targets and reporting.
  • Excellent people skills specifically stakeholder and relationship management
  • Proven ability to network across various levels of business.
  • High competency with the MS Office suite of programs, including PowerPoint and CRM management.
