Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Customer Experience Officer on a contract for 12 Months, with potential extensions of 12 months.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong Data and analysis skills
  • Strong stakeholder skills
  • Day to Day complaints management
  • Customer service understanding and skills
  • Experience in a service delivery environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - particularly in a federal government space
