Chandler Macleod has an exciting opportunity available for Customer Experience Administrators to join one of our client’s team in Ballarat.
 
The opportunity
The Digital Customer Support team delivers overall business support through ensuring exceptional customer and agency services, provisioning internal and agency accesses, providing subject matter expertise on all areas of supported government transactions, and ensuring digital service delivery through transaction testing, monitoring, incident management, and enhancements.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy for data entry and case management
  • Passionate about customer service and providing positive, helpful friendly support with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve and provide innovation solutions to customer problems.
Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
The core responsibilities of the Customer Experience Administrator include:
  • Maintain and update salesforce with contact details
  • Contact customers to obtain additional details
  • Distribution of new forms via email
  • Responding to follow-ups as per the schedule
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
