Our Chandler Macleod Shared Services Team is a combination of many internal departments that consists of onboarding, Payroll, Invoicing and Credit Services and Customer Support.
This role will report to our Business Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the database process for new and existing placements, generation of contracts/contract amendments, permanent placement invoicing and following up with clients to ensure workers are paid, invoices are received and meet the client's expectations
  • Provide support to all workers during their set-up to be payroll ready and will manage the contractor database to ensure alignment of our various systems/platforms
  • Award Increase checks and alerts
  • Data entry for all new updated rates- adhere delegated authority policy and accurately add concise pay notes for job orders, rate templates
  • Client set-up adherence to SOP and SLA's
  • TOB Expiration checks and alerts
  • Develop an effective internal network in order to deliver efficient solution and support customers
  • Practical knowledge of CMG organisational structure, divisions and reporting lines
  • Respond to all queries within agreed SLA's

  • Intermediate Microsoft Skill - Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Strong Administrative background
