Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Culture Strategy Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension 6 months.

About the Role:

You will contribute to fostering work environments where individual differences are valued, utilised, and leveraged to enhance agency's capability.

Work will be undertaken in a multi-disciplinary, integrated and geographically dispersed environment. You will interact with agency APS & ADF personnel, Senior Leaders across the Groups and Services, and external stakeholders.

You must be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively as required to design and drive key aspects of their work. You will be responsible for meeting agreed milestones once they are established.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The roles will be responsible for contributing to the agency through:

  • stakeholder engagement activities including interviews, facilitated workshops, and delivery of presentation to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • desk top research, analysis and preparation of findings; and
  • strategy development.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in, or demonstrated understanding of, organisational culture strategy design and development

Plus, one or more of the following:

  • Strategy and policy development knowledge
  • Data literacy, research and analysis skills
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills, proven across a range of levels and organisations
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline security clearance.
