An established financial services enterprise with a leading digital share trading platform are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join their Marketing and Strategy team in Sydney CBD on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend.

Reporting into the Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing, the Marketing Manager is a key strategic role where you will play a critical part in enabling the brand to deliver on its purpose: empowering more Australians to grow their wealth.

Key Duties:

  • Planning and forecasting campaigns.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data for customer selection and analysis.
  • Seeing copy & creative through from conception to final production.
  • Briefing all key stakeholders at relevant stages of the campaign end-to-end process.
  • Executing post-campaign analysis and recommendations.

Experience:

  • Extensive CRM experience, particularly in the areas of customer engagement/lifecycle management/remediation with proven ability in driving commercial value.
  • Proven ability in defining, shaping and executing CRM programs leveraging customer data insights and capabilities to retain customers.
  • Solid experience driving results, understanding success metrics and developing test plan frameworks to improve program performance.
  • Experience in managing successful cross-channel programs including digital technical knowhow.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business or Marketing.
  • Exceptional writing skills with experience translating complex information into clear and engaging customer communications.
  • Solid stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to positively influences others.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must have a passion for delighting customers and enjoy customer behaviour / psychology.
  • Engaging and confident presentation skills.
  • Desire to learn more with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • A genuine interest in the share market / share trading. Career experience in this area would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Adobe CRM is preferable but not essential as this can be learnt on the job.
