Your new role
Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Service Advisor (Credit Cards).
In your new role as a Credit Cards Servicing Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to every customer who have credit and debit card enquiries.

On a day to day, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers who have questions regarding their credit and debit cards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and bring your unique personality to every call
  • Educate customers around banking products and services whilst providing tailored solutions
  • Navigating through multiple different banking systems and tools
  • Utilising resources to assist customer enquiries
  • Have a good understanding of updated banking policies, procedures, and legislation

This is a 6-month temporary assignment with the view to extend or go permanent and your hourly rate will be $29.59 & super. You will be working an average of 37.5 hours a week. You will be working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 9:00 pm Monday to Friday and on a rare occasion, will be asked to swap out a weekday shift to work on a Saturday (9am - 6pm). This role will be based at Wantirna South VIC 3152 and free onsite parking will be available. It will be a hybrid working arrangement from home and in the office.

What you'll need to succeed
You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have:

  • Experience in customer service such as a call centre, or banking role
  • Relevant tertiary degree such as Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting (Preferred)
  • Passionate about helping customers
  • Proven communication skills, the ability to connect with customers and to assist them with their queries
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
