Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a APS5 Corporate Reporting Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.

Position Overview

The APS5 Corporate Reporting is a team membership role that will perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that support and contribute to NDIA's objectives to "build a world-leading National Disability Insurance Scheme".

The position will support the branch by undertaking data analysis and reporting activities. It will support the leadership team in the design, implementation and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting and data related projects.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Managing all corporate master data (from third party systems or within NDIA systems).
  • Developing and maintaining procedures for data collection, input, management and quality control.
  • Working with business areas to interpret Corporate Service data.
  • Working with Services Australia to improve the availability, accessibility and quality of Corporate Services data.
  • Developing data visualisations for senior executives and business areas.
  • Providing content, advice and support for NDIA regulatory and legislative reporting requirements.
  • Developing a suite of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting.
  • Providing support for ongoing system and data projects
