We are a financial services firm located in Edgecliff that services high net worth individuals, who usually have a trust account, some investment properties, super, managed investments and insurances . We provide providing a full service offering including Financial Planning and accounting.
Our client focuses on medical professionals and are looking for an experienced corporate receptionist.

Role and responsibility:
  • Be the face of the business and ensure a professional welcome to all guests
  • Work with financial planning teams and HR to assist with administration where required
  • Help build team morale and team culture
  • Create a vibrant environment for the team
  • Manage reception needs managing meeting rooms, diary management and administration for the teams
  • Stretch yourself to make the role your own and come up with innovative ideas
  • Answer phone calls and managing couriers
  • Experience working in an accounting/financial planning/legal firm is preferred
  • 2+ years corporate reception experience is preferred
  • Outstanding relationship and communication skills are also essential
  • Great phone manner
