Chandler Macleod are seeking a Corporate Receptionist Superstar to join our client based in the heart of Sydney CBD for a permanent role, Monday - Thursday.

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage our reception between open hours of 8:45am - 5:15pm
  • Meet and greet all visitors, ensure they are signed in and managed
  • Maintain and manage meeting rooms and bookings
  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely, professional and accurate manner
  • Event management - booking rooms, catering & RSVP's
  • Maintain tidiness of reception and meeting rooms
  • Timely and accurate management of mail, courier orders and deliveries
  • Submit monthly office supplies order.
  • Manage local suppliers such as security bins, plants, cleaners, etc.
  • Manage locker allocation.

    To be suitable for the role we are looking for:
  • A well-presented, switched-on, pro-active and bubbly individual
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a corporate receptionist, flight attendant or business support role
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  • Maintain consistent positive and professional management of first impressions.
  • Behaviors aligned to group core principles.
  • Maintaining quality by reporting issues and making suggestions for improvement.
  • Help sustain a positive work environment.
  • Be proactive and self-motivated attitude; have a high attention to detail; and be flexible and approachable.
