You will be responsible for planning and undertaking integrated marketing activities relating to the research, development and delivery of corporate marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives.

You will provide marketing campaign planning and insights to the Brand and Marketing Manager and the Corporate Marketing team to enable the effective, efficient, and timely development and delivery of initiatives across the business.

Your experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role in the communications and/or marketing industry
  • Experience in the planning, development and implementation of integrated corporate marketing campaigns and initiatives and overseeing the implementation of project based corporate marketing campaigns to achieve defined objectives
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in utilising visual and electronic assets to achieve integrated corporate marketing objectives across whole-of-business
  • Strong understanding of shareholder value and regional commitment concepts
  • Experience in working with business units and key stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in coordinating research projects and analysing and communicating research results/data

Skills
  • Strong writing and marketing collateral production skills to help inform, educate, and influence external audiences
  • Strong research, writing, verbal, and visual communication skills with attention to detail including delivery of accurate corporate marketing reports
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to initiate, maintain and control project progress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and communicate, influence, and negotiate outcomes
  • Ability to be self-organised and adaptable to effectively prioritise multiple concurrent projects and work within tight deadlines
  • Flexible team player with strong time management skills and the ability to work with others in a professional manner while achieving a common goal
  • Sound skills in computer operations and business systems including word, spreadsheets, and desktop publishing
