The Chandler Macleod group are searching for Corporate Correspondence Systems Officer on a temporary casual assignment based in Adelaide CBD. The successful applicants will be engaged on a 3-month casual contract on part time hours.

About the Role

The Corporate Correspondence Systems Officer is accountable to the Team Leader Corporate Correspondence and supports the Ministerial and Chief Executive correspondence process, including the design and provision of broad corporate correspondence system improvements along with comprehensive, confidential and accurate data reporting.

Working under general direction and requiring a sound knowledge of agency programs, policies, activities, structure and service functions, the Corporate Correspondence Systems Officer assists in maintaining the integrity of the organisation's correspondence and records management system utilising Objective, and liaising with the Records Governance & Innovation Unit to investigate and analyse trend variation and performance activity data reporting.

The incumbent will support the Corporate Correspondence Team by ensuring the administrative systems and processes including mail services are monitored and administrative tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to the effective operation of the Corporate Governance Unit within the Corporate Affairs Branch.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-level customer service including handling complaints and sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing problems and assisting users in the application of software packages.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of an appropriate records management system.
  • Experience in administration, processing Ministerial and Chief Executive correspondence.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing business process improvements.
  • Experience in the use of Objective Electronic Content Management (ECM) system and associated modules including Objective Connect and Objective Workflow.
