Why the team needs you

Reporting directly to the Manager Organisational Development. The Coordinator People, Culture and Workforce Strategy is responsible for providing leadership to the People and Culture team, to ensure the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the employee lifecycle, best practice people management, and workforce strategic plan is achieved in line with the Integrated Planning and Resourcing (IP&R) Workforce Management Strategy guidelines.

What you'll bring to the team

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly resilient and adaptable leader who has proven experience leading and managing diverse teams within a corporate, government or commercial setting. You will be a lateral thinker and be capable of proactively managing a workforce strategic plan as well as develop and implement operational plans to ensure stakeholder relationships and business outcomes are optimised and risk is minimised.

It is essential that you are collaborative and possess exceptional communication skills which enables you to effectively deliver narrative around workforce planning, employee journey initiatives and best practice advice on all human resource matters. Your key to success will be ensuring effective participation from all internal stakeholder groups to build trust, balance expectations and influence in an ever-changing environment.

In this role you will inspire direction and purpose and draw upon your proven leadership skills to grow, lead, and motivate your team, as well as possess tertiary qualifications in human resources, workforce planning, organisational development, or a related discipline with a contemporary Human Resources mindset.
