Chandler Macleod are partnering with a renowned organisation in Port Hedland, to secure the services of an experienced professional to perform the role of Contracts Officer. This assignment will cover an initial period of 4 months, on a Monday - Friday roster commencing as soon as possible.

The Role:
Procurement and contract administration support, including maintaining the Contract Administration System (ConTrackS), assisting in obtaining procurement approvals, purchase orders, tracking contract costs, drafting variation memorandums, closing out contracts. Support financial management functions, such as invoice payment and RCTI's, project journals, budget forecasting and expenditure reporting, understanding of accrual accounting to process accrual entries.

    To be successful in this role, you will require the following work experience:
  • Experience in provision of contract administration and procurement support
  • Advanced computer skills, including use of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Experience using TRIM is also preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate well within a team environment.
  • Must be punctual and have a high level of professionalism.
