About the role:
  • Refine the contracting strategy and lead the negotiation of an EPC contract with appropriate risk frameworks for a new petrochemicals (ammonia) plant in Kwinana through to execution to support the Final Investment Decision.
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders (engineering/technical, legal and commercial) across the Owners Team, the EPC partner, contractors, Wesfarmers and external legal to realise project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a senior contracting role dedicated to major projects with EPC or EPCM models.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial or legal discipline or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated excellence in the following skillsets: communication, influencing, commercial, analytical and leadership.
