Chandler Macleod have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts & Customer Service Administrator! Working with our client based in Erskine Park, with and ASAP start.

This is a full-time temporary opportunity, with potential for extension or permanency for the right fit. Working standard business hours Monday- Friday, with competitive hourly rate!

Your duties include, but may not be limited too:

  • Develop and maintain professional business relationships with all stakeholders
  • Efficiently communicate with clients ensuring high stands of service and quality are provided
  • Co-ordinate all daily service requirements as per contracts. i.e. customer
  • orders/quotes/requisitions.
  • Ensure all delivery deadlines and key performance indicators are being met.
  • Prepare, analyze and submit all reporting required under the various customer contracts.
  • Liaise directly with other departments, and customers.
  • Other duties as directed by the Senior Contract & Services Manager

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A passion for customer service!
  • Have previous experience with stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer requirements
  • Good problems solving and lateral thinking skills
  • Strong time managements skills with the ability to prioritize
  • High attention to details with sound computer and numerical skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness and ability to learn new processes, systems and products
  • Previous experience in a Contracts Administration environment (desirable but not mandatory)
