Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Contract Management Administrator on a contract until June 2021, with potential extensions of 12 months.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative contract support within a small team , including some Secretariat tasks;
  • Driving value for money and best practice service delivery for key IT contracts;
  • Managing relationships with vendors and key stakeholders in accordance with governance arrangements;
  • Monitoring contract deliverables and ensuring performance targets are met;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with service delivery owners to ensure a seamless interface between service delivery and contract management;
  • Assisting in ensuring that Information Technology Division contracts are managed in compliance with the legislation and policies including the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including coordination of reporting, calendar and email management and general administrative duties as directed.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline clearance.
