About the Organisation:

You will be working for a prominent Government Agency whose impact on the Public Health Industry enables Australians with Disabilities to have access to tools and services to lead meaningful lives.

How will You Contribute?

In this role you will be a part of the Partner Contract Branch who manage the sourcing of new Partners, contract management and reviews of contract terms and conditions and assurance of policy and legislative alignment. The key purpose of this team is to ensure service delivery is timely, cost effective and of high quality and always working towards ensuring scheme sustainability.

You will be responsible for ensuring value for money is achieved through effective performance and assurance management of Partner Contracts in your portfolio. you will undertake contract management activities of this portfolio, including regular engagement with Partner representatives. You will manage competing priorities will maintaining high work standards and accuracy.

What Will Your Duties Include?

  • Contract management activities including Partner establishment, performance management, reporting, administration, variations and extensions management and contract close out activities
  • Supporting governance and assurance over agreements and ensuring record keeping and information management of finances and risks is managed.
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement project and change management activities on procedures, processes, systems and knowledge management.
  • Maintaining exceptional stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally with Partners
  • Responding to enquires, issues and disputes, departmental brief requirements and reporting as required
  • Meeting participation and representation on matters and being a strong advocate for the Organisation

What Will You Bring to the Role?

  • Previous contract management experience is essential
  • Experience within the Disability Sector or Public Sector is highly regarded
  • Proven passion for maintaining strong portfolio relationships with key clients
  • A passion for the disability sector and your community is essential
  • Relative qualifications in Procurement or Project Management is highly regarded but not essential

you MUST be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this opportunity
