Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an Agile Web Content Projects Delivery Officer on a contract for 6 months.

About the Role:

Our client is rolling out new approach to content and a content governance framework. This has implications for how we work and what we do. We need your help to:

  • set up how we prioritise the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
  • improve how we use Agile tools including Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • set up content reporting
  • manage content scheduling

As a specialist you'll be expected to be able to demonstrate best practice and share knowledge and expertise with others

Essential criteria

  • Experience in coordinating website and/or content design and publishing - ideally including triage and workflow of requests.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage a team backlog, capacity, workflows and reporting.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, risk and dependencies for multiple concurrent streams of work, including reactive BAU operations and major projects.
  • Understanding of agile ways of working, such as Kanban or Scrum.
  • Ability to report on the team's deliverables, blockers and successes.
  • Ability to help coordinate and manage quarterly business planning in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience setting up in website projects (noting our role is content focused).
  • Ability to work with minimal direction.

Desirable criteria:

  • Flexibility and ability to quickly gain subject matter knowledge across diverse content areas.
  • Experience in recruitment/procurement activities for a project or team.
