This centralized contact centre will take calls from around Australia and requires someone who would be comfortable working on a rotating roster spanning Monday - Sunday. Working with an experienced and professional team you will be offered exceptional training to ensure you are able to provide the high quality customer service and problem solving solutions to all clients who call.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Giving the highest level of customer service on every call
  • Providing a solutions-based approach to each individual query
  • Navigate the various departments within this large and complex organisation ensuring customers are connected with the appropriate internal stakeholders when required
  • Maintain database with appropriate notes recording each call
  • Work with multiple systems to ensure compliance policy is adhered to
  • Completing any associated processing administration

    About you, you will have:
  • Genuine passion for customer service and helping people, and providing the best level of service at all times
  • Previous experience working in either a phone based customer service or face to face customer service capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in particular when dealing with sometimes sensitive situations
  • Clear and concise manner when dealing with customer queries
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
