Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has become available for an experienced professional to join the team in Newcastle servicing the contact centre for Mine Super. With a commitment for putting members first, Mine Supers contact centre officers utilise their problem solving and customer service skills to deliver general advice to clients, members, and stakeholders.

- Answering incoming calls and responding to the fund’s general advice enquiries
- Identifying complex business situations through knowledge of the superannuation industry and relevant legislations
- Supporting other teams within Mine Super with customer follow up
- Achieving KPI’s, SLA’s and targets as set by SS&C
- Completing administrative and adhoc duties as allocated in a timely manner
As a Contact Centre Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, members & stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution skills
- A friendly, people focused personality
- A current RG146 qualification, or be willing to undertake
- An understanding of superannuation and financial services
- Demonstrated experience in outbound contact centre teams
