Building Labourers are currently required for a short term project in Narrabri.
 
Working with a team of experienced tradespeople, the labourers will be required to assist with the construction of large sheds on a local mine site. This will include:
 
  • Manual handling
  • Use of hand tools
  • Following directions
  • Adhering to safety procedures
 
Position Specifics:
  • Commencing end of March and running for 2 – 3 weeks
  • Monday to Friday 8-10 hours per day
  • Accommodation and meals provided for candidates residing outside of the local Narrabri area
  • Travel allowances for candidates residing outside of the local Narrabri area
  • Casual hourly rate of $35 per hour
 
Requirements:
  • Full driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • White Card
  • Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform tickets
  • Demonstrated experience within the construction industry
  • Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely
  • A current coal board medical or ability to pass one
