About the role:

Due to significant growth within the business, our client is looking for a Compliance officer on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting requirements of the growing business.


Key duties include:
  • Compliance monitoring, including preparation and coordination of internal and external audits
  • Implementation and maintenance of systems and procedures, ensuring they are followed and adhered to by all staff and external advisers
  • Work closely with other relevant departments of the organisation to ensure the induction, appointment and training of new external advisers is conducted efficiently and professionally

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a specialised team
  • Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines
