Our client is currently seeking a Compliance and Improvement Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an Industry leader in Supply Chain, Marketing and Processing. The successful candidate will be based at Head office in Perth CBD.

Your role will be to assist the Business Improvement Manager in the following:

  • Implement a continuous improvement culture within Marketing and Trading.
  • Perform internal review based on ISCC key principles.
  • Plan and manage the annual ISCC audit process and liaise with certification body.
  • Innovate and simplify key monitoring reports for the division using Power BI
  • Generate the scheduled management reports in a timely manner and follow up on any anomalies.
  • Be familiar with and work within the boundaries of safe systems of work and proactively assist to improve them.
  • Ensure all protocols and procedures support safe working methods and foster a strong safety culture.
  • Complete compliance reviews as assigned by the BI Manager. Assist in ensuring relevant certifications and quality management systems
  • Review and monitoring of ISCC paperwork and maintaining accurate growers homestead data, ISCC mass balance and annual planning for ISCC audits, escalate issues to BI Manager.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance initiatives

    It is essential that possess the relevant skills and experience for this role as detailed below;
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting and Auditing, Maths or Science.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating and implementing improvements in business processes and practices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and understanding of business information systems, process mapping and business improvement tools.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Critical thinker who can assess and solve complex problems.
  • Able to effectively plan and manage multiple priorities and activities in line with time and budget commitments.
    Demonstrated ability to plan for and effectively implement change.

    Desirable skills and experience: -
  • Sound knowledge and exposure to various types of technologies.
  • Possess the concepts of risk management.
  • Possess audit experience (internal or external) Coding, Power BI and Structured Query Language experience
