About the role
We are partnering with a renowned global EPC organisation, delivering project expertise to upstream, midstream, chemicals, power, mining and minerals sectors. We seek a broadly experienced Completions Handover Coordinator working specifically for one of their key minerals clients in WA. This assignment will cover a period of 12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Plan & Prepare Turnover Dossier content for Transfer Care Custody & Control (TCCC) of Plant and NPI Facilities
  • Interface with Operational Readiness group to confirm handover requirements, structures and deliverables
  • Define Handover process workflows and responsibility matrices to ensure all Handover stakeholders deliver on handover obligations
  • Configure & Setup Handover documentation portal in Smart Completions (CCMS)
  • Expedite Documentation required for TCCC packages from contractors, vendors, engineering, regulatory groups and operations
  • Utilise the commissioning database (Smart Completions CCMS) to track Facility Handover milestones and readiness
  • Coordinate Handover walkdowns and punchlist close out
  • Coordinate Handover Sign-off in line with required signatories
  • Coordinate Handover Dossier compilation and delivery to Operations
  • Coordinate requirements to satisfy Final Handover

    To be successful in this role, you will require the following work experience:
  • 3-5 Years' experience in a commissioning team and handover role or activities (essential)
  • Trade or Engineering Qualification (desirable)
  • Experienced in document control processes (desirable)
  • Competency with the use of a Completions & Commissioning Management system (CCMS) (essential)
  • Experienced in the use of Smart Completions or Continuum Edge CCSM Software (desirable)

    Ideal candidates must also hold the following prerequisites:
  • Provide a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Provide a current Drivers Licence
