Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Communication and Change Resource Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.
Ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly understand, sensitive capability collection functions
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, often dispersed geographically
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts

    Mandatory Requirements:
    1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Communication and Change role
    2. NV1 (SECRET), or ability to obtain one.
