Looking for a rewarding role with highly reputable and leading brand within the mining industry? Join our tier 1 mining client, we are looking for a Completions Specialist to join their Commissioning Completions Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the requirements for vendor site support and coordinating vendor site activities.
You will work closely with the Commissioning Completions team to assist with communicating changes to support requirements and obtaining vendor documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the requirements for vendor site support and coordinating vendor site activities.
You will work closely with the Commissioning Completions team to assist with communicating changes to support requirements and obtaining vendor documentation.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Develops and maintains the Completions Management System (CMS) for Commissioning
- Assists with building and maintaining Digital Workpacks and preparing Notices of Energisation
- Monitors progress, drives completion and provides status reports using PowerBi
- Ensures transparency and adherence to process and procedures
- Provides CMS training (guides, videos, face to face workshops)
- Prepares Certificates and Dossiers
- Manages the CCC process including scheduling handover walkdowns and importing punch items
- Assists the Engineers with As Commissioned Drawings
- Liaises with the Vendor Coordinator to ensure correct documentation is available for the relevant stage of Commissioning
- Engages and maintains communication with key stakeholders
- Develops and updates standard processes and procedures for completions management
- Provides coverage to the Completions Lead during periods of R&R and annual leave
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Commissioning Completions and industry "best practice"
- Process driven with the ability/confidence to be a "gatekeeper"
- Can perform under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Omega PIMS and PowerBi preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite essential Candidates with a background in Commissioning Completions and/or Quality Assurance preferred. Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls will also be highly regarded.
