On behalf of our client, we are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Commercial Officers with strong contracts experience who is self motivated and results focused. The assignment will be based in either Grafton or Coffs Harbour NSW. This is a maternity relief position with an approximate duration of six months commencing ASAP.

To be considered:

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. TAFE) in a property based discipline or extensive experience in property dealings and acquisitions
  • Demonstrated experience in contract management preferably related to property management
  • Demonstrated property negotiation skills
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with people of all levels
  • Proven ability to work as a team member and liaise effectively as required
  • Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software applications and/or similar computer package, combined with thorough knowledge and experience in the use of property databases or similar systems
  • Strong administration skills
