Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)
Permanent, Full time contract role
Location: Melbourne CBD
Start Date: 22nd of May (suitable candidates will be presented by the 15th of May)
Placement and Offers will be made ASAP to allow for background checks to be run

Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following permanent full-time contract opportunity based in the Melbourne CBD.
About you;
To be considered for this role you will have the demonstrated capability to deal with fast paced environments, manage your time effectively and be driven to exceed your KPI’s. You will be resilient and confident with the ability to separate facts from emotion while maintaining a positive mindset when dealing with challenging and demanding interactions.

You will also require,
- Fulltime Availability Monday to Friday
- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment i.e. call centre, hospitality, retail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- To be reliable, punctual and show commitment to the role
- Ability to build rapport quickly with a firm, engaging and respectful telephone manner
- Excellent active listening skills with an ability to effectively question
- Ability to influence and educate to gain acceptance of ideas
- Ability to prioritise workload and make timely decisions to manage your files accordingly
- A desire to continued learning and improvement
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of navigating multiple systems
