Our State Government client is seeking to engage a Project Support Officer on a contract for 3 months.

Position Overview

Our Client is looking to hire someone with graphic design skills/experience for 3 months as Clinical Records Forms Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinician's and stakeholders
  • Create clinical forms that are for digital and physical distribution
  • Liaise with external print suppliers and produce artwork that meets the correct specifications
  • Create anatomical imagery
  • Work to briefing documents and to the design manager
  • Artwork and file management
  • Organise and submit content to Clinical Forms Review Panel
  • Adhere to AS2828-2019 Health Records Standards
  • Onsite role only - no remote work option.
  • NO medical experience necessary but ability to interpret a brief from a clinician is required.

  • Ability to adapt and explore new technologies
  • An ability to follow instructions using style guides and with typography experience
  • JavaScript and HTML experience is an advantage


  • Understanding of design processes and principles
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Competent with Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

Mandatory Requirements:

  • INDESIGN experience is a MUST.
