About the role:

  • High volume processing of applications
  • Monitoring the status of applications
  • Generating and sending general letters and correspondence
  • Preparing documentation and reports in line with company policies
  • Handling both internal and external inquiries and escalating where appropriate

About you:

  • You will have previous experience working with high volume processing of applications
  • You will have previous experience of dealing with internal and external customers on the phone as required
  • You will have high attention to detail, and a typing speed of minimum 50wpm
  • You will have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong written communication skills

Having experience or knowledge in the aviation industry would be highly desirable.

Benefits:

  • Full time hours (Monday - Friday) with possible weekend and overtime opportunities available
