Our Client:
Our client is a leading investment platform provider in the Fintech space. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth. So get your foot in the door in the finance/fintech space with this opportunity. They are seeking 3x employees with knowledge and experience within the Investment/Superannuation space to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be one that has an understanding of superannuation or managed funds and preferably with a contact centre background. This role has ample career progression opportunities

The Role:

  • Answer and log customer enquiries received via phone, email, and live chats.
  • Client account maintenance and processing transactions
  • Speak with financial advisers to assist with any queries
  • Assist with adviser and dealer group administration
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
  • Assist with the development of training material for new and existing features and/or processes.
  • Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers.

You Need:

  • Minimum 6 months superannuation or investments experience
  • MUST have experience working in a call centre
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work within a high-volume contact centre environment.
  • Understanding of platform, reporting and wrap services ideal but not necessary.
