About the role:
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintain strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional and professional service to all internal and external clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of attention and care. You will also be responsible for a range of organizational and administrative duties and will undertake assessments of client service needs to ensure that the service offering remains at the forefront of the industry.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional service to all clients, internal departments and the community in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensuring all documentations are up to date, accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate office filling to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.
- Managing the renewal of policies to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understanding external legislations and internal policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
You will have:
- Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing client portfolio.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
