About the Company:

Our client is a boutique that specialises on high net worth clients with the goal of providing customers with an effective strategy to help them achieve their financial goals within a timeframe. They provide the opportunity for high net worth clients who lack strategy to plan and grow their wealth in the most effective way. The objective of the Client Service Manager role is to provide support to a Senior Adviser .

The Role:

  • Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
  • Attend client meetings with the Investment Advisers to build a genuine relationship with clients
  • Prepare Client Portfolio Reviews
  • Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
  • Processing new client packs including conducting analysis on client's superannuation/investments
  • Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
  • Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
  • Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry
  • ADFP or DFP qualified with a degree
  • Hold 3+ years experience as an Adviser Assistant
  • Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN
  • Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills
