Our client is a growing financial planning boutique firm seeking an experienced Client Service Manager with strong work ethic and education. The ideal candidate will have experience within a financial planning firm.

This position will assist the Financial planners with the various aspects of client work and servicing their clients. This will include implementation of holistic advice strategies including investments, cashflow, insurance, superannuation and SMSF

clients, including implementation of plans, budgeting, cashflow analysis, etc. They are open to taking on someone that is looking to grow into an adviser or someone that enjoys supporting an Adviser.


Duties:

  • Assist Financial Planning team on a daily basis and providing support to internal stakeholders
  • Implementation of holistic advice strategies including investments, cashflow, insurance, superannuation and SMSF
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings with the Financial Adviser to assist with the review of clients
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure tasks are delivered efficiently
  • Manage the team calendar and organise seminar and events for the financial planning team
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist Financial Adviser to onboard new clients
  • Ensure internal processes and CRM are up to date and maintained
  • Perform all ad hoc administrative duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have 2+ years Financial Planning experience
  • Financial planning qualifications are highly desireable
  • High standard of verbal and written communication
