Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Client Manager for a permanent placement. This position is conveniently located in Dudley Park and on a Monday to Friday roster.

Position Objectives:

  • To successfully build strong customer relations and provide strategic business analysis to the company
  • Analyse data and ensure that the sales reports are accurate and progressing
  • To provide the data summary, provide analysis that supports and drives sales
  • To monitor business activities across all areas of the business
  • Apply Good Manufacturing Practice through all processes and support the client's strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage and foster strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manage on-going forecast and reports
  • Manager on-going call cycle with customers
  • NPD Business case preparation
  • Report and monitor on product portfolio analysis
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing and information
  • Monthly review of existing and new product contribution to feed into new product sales and op cycle
  • Manage day to day sales enquiries
  • Assist with monthly reports to board members
  • Prepare, send and record samples for customers
  • Manage product database and review margins
  • Liaise and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure customer service and delivery to schedule
  • Demonstrate a high level of computer skills
  • Business development skills
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Essential Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Experience in Sales, managing forecast and building reports
  • Knowledge in MS Office Suites
  • Experience in KPI's, targets and sales calls
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications (desirable, not essential)
