Chandler Macleod are partnering with this Federal Government Agency to source experienced Customer Service Professionals to fill multiple positions within their Gosford office.

The Opportunity

As a Client Engagement Officer, you will work in a fast paced environment, engaging with clients providing advice and guidance to customers, as well as undertaking a broad range of administrative tasks and activities. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of a high level of customer service, over the phone and via email
  • Accurately maintaining databases and documentation
  • Obtaining information and providing advice to clients in a multi-channel environment

The Successful Candidate

You will be a passionate, people focused customer service professional with strong integrity and the desire to be part of a high performing public service team. Key attributes include;

  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of information systems, policies and legislation
  • Strong active listening and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Previous experience working in a deadline driven environment and managing record keeping activities in a database
  • Knowledge of taxation will be highly regarded
