Account & Relationship Manager

Our client is an innovative leader within the building and construction space, we are fast paced, ever evolving and constantly challenging ourselves to do things better!

Key Responsibilities;

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Identify existing opportunities, and upsell all Buildsafe products
  • Weekly client office and site visits
  • Development and presentation of client proposals
  • Client liaison throughout the negotiation process
  • Maintain and update Buildsafe CRM system
  • Work closely with various Buildsafe departments to trouble shoot and problem solve when necessary
  • Understand competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, & local market trends
  • Work with set KPI's to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

About you

  • Exceptional relationship building capability
  • Ability to work both independently but also contribute to building a strong team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and natural ability to engage and influence customers
  • Talent for thinking outside the box to deliver over & above our customer's expectation
  • Sales experience (not essential, but the right attitude is!)
