Brief Description

Our client is seeking an experienced COO to establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision Oversee daily operations and the work of executives.

The Role

This organisation is the world's largest Autism Community platform with families and a pioneer in parent led, and in-home Autism therapy and intervention.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership team the General Manager of Operations will be responsible for supporting the CEO and CTO in the execution and delivery of key initiatives to drive the growth and expansion of the business as they grow. The team of operations is around 23 -25 people.

The goal of this position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

  • Building effective, supportive operating relationships between various organisation functions.
  • Lead employees to maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluating company performance and recommend and implement strategies and structure to improve results

Skills and Experience

  • Preferably tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and positive Behaviour.
  • Broad industry & commercial experience in senior Operations roles.
  • Experience working with vulnerable people experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability of managing and delivering multiple programs of work across concurrently
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated delivery of key KPI's relevant to experience

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
