Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Change Specialist on a contract until 30/06/2021 with potential extension 12 months.

About the Role:

Our Client will be looking for an experienced Change Specialist to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will design and implement an end-to end change management plan to maximise adoption, ensuring changes are sustained and embedded across the process life cycle. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in working with middle and senior managers and product owners, possess strong written & verbal communication skills, and have a passion for managing change programs and projects to deliver successful outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen, and will also possess the following:

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile projects;
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  • Ability to develop change management strategies/plans including assessing business impacts, communications/awareness, coaching and training plans;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • A strong track record in delivering organisational change;
  • Virtual collaboration and ability to establish and build relationships through digital channels;
  • Change certification (Prosci or equivalent) is desirable; and
  • Ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including reporting entities, partner agencies and other government agencies

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline security clearance.
