We are looking for 4 x Change Managers to join a Big 4 bank located in Sydney CBD for an initial 6-month contract, likely to extend.

The Change Managers will play a critical role in helping to deliver the organisations Program of Action in partnership with the Financial Crime Compliance team. The program is designed to execute enhancements and uplifts to the Group's Financial Crime Compliance control environment, to ensure the Group's leading practice in disrupting financial crime.

1 x Change Manager (Customer Risk Assessment, High-Risk Customers and Offboarding)

  • This is a highly technical piece of work which will deliver a new CRA model to enable the decommissioning of two existing models
  • A new Customer Risk Assessment target operating model will also be introduced
  • Someone who is comfortable assessing downstream impacts across systems and experience in implementation and embedding of target operating models would be ideal
  • The offboarding work is all about designing and delivering improvements to the customer offboarding process, for customers who have breached the Group's appetite in relation to AML and CTF

1 x Change Manager (KYC Remediation and Part B Policy Implementation)

  • This work relates to uplifting our customers "Know Your Customer" information - we have circa 400K customers which we need to complete this work for. It is a remediation piece of work and one of the most critical that we get right without it having a detrimental impact to the customer experience
  • This work involves lots of engagement with key front-line impacted teams and needs someone who is a meticulous planner
  • Part B relates to the implementation of policy updates and will involve engagement of various stakeholders from across the group, especially Line 1 and Line Financial Crime teams; exceptional writing skills key for this role

1 x Change Manager (Governance obligations and Anti Bribery and Corruption)

  • This work is centred on the implementation of advanced analytics (Quantexa) to support the Group's effort in shutting down criminal financial activity. This is a high-profile piece of work of which the groups CRO is very passionate about getting it right.
  • The AB&C work is a combination of policy and process uplift which would require some understanding of AB&C policy

1 x Change Manager (Sanctions)

  • The sanctions stream is delivering a variety of initiatives to strengthen our sanctions screening capabilities and move closer to implementing near real-time screening of customers.
  • This stream is somewhat technical so someone who can break down tech change and explain it in plain English would be ideal

Core Skills and Attributes:

  • Experienced in Change Management, ideally with a solid understanding of regulatory change from the Banking & Finance industry or with a consulting company.
  • Experience working for large complex organisations
