A leading financial services enterprise is looking for an Organisational Change Manager to join the Sydney team on an initial 6-month contract.

The Change Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end OCM for the Remedial Action Plan Op Risk & Compliance program with a primary focus on a complex breach reporting project with high reputation risk attached. The project will roll out a number of new processes responding to customer complaints which will have a group-wide impact.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver change plans across business-critical projects including the design, development and implementation of change management deliverables.
  • Conduct impact assessments of all people, policy, process, business and system changes.
  • Identify risks, develop risk mitigation tactics, and manage anticipated resistance to change.
  • Edit and deliver communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels.
  • Define success metrics and measure performance against these.
  • Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on end-to-end change management experience within financial services or a large consulting firm essential
  • Experience across regulatory and risk and compliance change will be highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience with group-wide change in a large complex organisation is essential
  • Proven ability to deliver change at scale and at pace
  • Strong communication skills
