Our client is seeking to engage a CED Support Officer on a Permanent, Full Time Position.

About the Role:

  • Provide sales support for residential sales for Denman Prospect in conjunction with other members of the Sales Team. This includes taking initial customer enquiries, attending to customers when they arrive at the sales suite and generating routine sales reports.
  • Administration tasks include entering lead and sales data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, updating sales boards and collateral, processing sales contracts, and basic housekeeping of the sales suite.
  • Administration tasks related to the house design review and approval process. This will include reviewing house plans, logging applications and liaising with clients.
  • Assist with the compliance process for the payment of bonds and rebates to clients.
  • Provide administration support to the broader Capital Estate Developments team. This may include contract administration, monthly credit card reconciliations, and tasks relating to the induction of contractors and suppliers.
  • Liaise and build relationships with internal stakeholders including the CED, Finance, Human Resources and Property teams.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including legal firms regarding the status of sales and providing updates for display village builders and/or other partner builders.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.


The Support Officer will need to have the following core attributes:

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
    • The Support Officer will be communicating with customers and building strong relationships across the business. These relationships include both internal and external clients of the company.
  • Team Player
    • The Support Officer will demonstrate teamwork skills within the Capital Estate Developments team and the other entities of the company. This includes no office politics by showing equal respect to your colleagues and team members. As the Support Officer has daily interaction with the public, they will need to develop and foster positive internal and external relationships to manage ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by the team and/or Executive Management.
  • Delivery of Service
    • The Support Officer must ensure the delivery of service to the public, sub-contractors, tenants and clients is attended to in the first instance. This involves the constant feedback on progress to stakeholders to ensure the delivery of service is of a high standard.
  • Self-Starter
    • The role requires a level of autonomy in that the Support Officer provides support to various members of the team, other colleagues and stakeholders and will not have to require ongoing direction. That is, the Support Officer will understand the position and create opportunities to better the role with fresh ideas and innovative ways of undertaking it.
  • Software
    • The Support Officer is required to be proficient in all aspects of the following software programs:
    • Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Adobe suite
