$27.40 per hour plus super
Casual full time hours (9am - 5pm)

Based in Mount Waverley, VIC
Outbound warm customer service and retention calls
No sales

Our client can be recognized as a leading communications and information technology company who is now seeking experienced call centre candidates to join their customer service department. Our client delivers a completely integrated solution for managing a dealership's information systems needs, covering areas such as vehicle sale processing, vehicle inventory management, spare parts inventory and sales, service appointments, costing, invoicing and customer satisfaction surveys.

Furthermore this is a customer service role performing outbound call duties to support the bookings of service appointments and client satisfaction surveys plus more. Please be mindful this role is handling NO Sales at all but rather warm calls for repeat business and relationship building.

The ideal applicants will possess:

  • Experience in a busy call centre environment; high volume customer service
  • Dealership exposure (advantageous)
  • KPI adherence
  • Strong PC and typing skills (accuracy and speed)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self driven and enthusiastic work ethic
